Online rent and deposit payments for your Blessing Partners home
Submit a secure payment through our processor, Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers (ACH).
Payment details for online rent and deposit payments
Submitted before 6 PM Eastern on a business day, your payment is dated that day. Bank transfers can take three to five business days to settle, but the payment date is the date you submit.
Before you pay: If you are paying a security deposit to hold the property, you must have a signed offer letter. If you have questions, call 202.995.3196.
You will be taken to Stripe to enter your card or bank details. Blessing Partners, Inc. is the merchant of record and will appear on your statement.
Payment questions
When is it late?
Rent is due on the first of the month. Your lease states any grace period and the late fee that applies after it, within the limits District law allows.
Receipts
Stripe sends an automated receipt to your email immediately after a successful payment.
Refunds
Duplicate or mistaken payments are refunded. See Refund & Cancellation, or call 202.995.3196.
