Who we are
Blessing Partners, Inc. was incorporated in the District of Columbia. We are a family-governed C corporation, but we operate with the local focus of a neighborhood landlord. We don't strive to own hundreds of units; we strive to own the right units and look after them properly.
The name “Blessing Partners” comes from the idea that a good home should be a blessing to the person who lives in it. We believe a house works best when the owner and the resident are partners in keeping it a clean, safe, and pleasant place to be.
We hold our property for the long term. We don't “flip” houses, and we don't treat our residents as short-term customers. When you lease with us, you are dealing with a company that intends to be your landlord for years to come.

We answer the phone. We don't use a third-party management company or a dispatch service. When a resident calls, they speak to an officer of the company. We handle maintenance and leasing decisions ourselves, which means answers come faster.
We maintain our home. Every property we own is treated as a long-term investment. That means we don't ignore small problems until they become big ones. We expect our residents to tell us when something isn't right, and we expect ourselves to fix it.
We welcome certificates. We designed this company to work with the Housing Choice Voucher program. We know the DCHA inspection and paperwork process well, and we welcome residents who use vouchers to help pay their rent.
We keep regular hours. We are available to residents and prospective tenants monday–friday, 8 am–6 pm et. While we are always reachable for maintenance emergencies, we strive to handle the business of the company during consistent, professional hours.
